Washington Robotic Surgery

support team

No doctor can be successful without the support of a winning team around him. We draw on the resources of our staff and community to ensure that our patients receive the best and most efficient care possible.

our nurse

Margaret (Maggie) Moore, RN, joined our team in 2010. She obtained her nursing degree from Montgomery College, Maryland, and her training included oncology and postpartum care at Suburban and Holy Cross Hospitals. She now specializes in the care of urological patients with expertise in the care of post-operative patients following robotic surgery.

our surgical coordinator

Nikki Jeter has served as our surgical coordinator since 2009, and will work as the liaison between our office and the hospital on your behalf. She has expertise in both obtaining pre-operative authorization for the surgery, and in guiding you through the process of obtaining medical clearance as well. Nikki will be your point of contact once the decision to proceed with robotic surgery has been made by you and your doctor.

our practice administrator

Denisse McNeace serves as our office manager and she is available to discuss any non-clinical issues that may arise during the course of your care. She has expertise in the management of billing, insurance, and administrative issues, and can assist you with almost any aspect of your care!
